1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stremize. By accessing and using the Stremize application ("App") and website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.

2. Nature of Service

Stremize is a media player application that enables users to connect to and play content from external media sources that they add and manage themselves.
Stremize does not host, store, provide, or distribute any media content.

We are not an IPTV provider, do not offer preloaded media, and are not affiliated with any streaming or debrid services.

Stremize provides software functionality only and does not grant access to any media content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Any external sources or services you choose to integrate with the App.

  • Ensuring that your media sources comply with local and international copyright laws.

  • Protecting your own API keys and third-party credentials.

Stremize does not monitor, verify, or endorse any third-party content. Third-party services are optional and subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Payment and Access

Stremize offers subscriptions through Google Play. All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled by Google Play and are subject to its terms and policies.

Subscriptions provide access to app features only and do not grant ownership of any media content.

Stremize does not process or store payment information directly.

5. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer or modify the app

  • Distribute illegal or copyrighted content using the app

  • Use the app to promote or engage in piracy

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Copyright & Compliance

Stremize respects intellectual property rights and complies with international copyright regulations. We promptly address any valid legal requests and cooperate with authorized enforcement agencies.
